I feel so frustrated with this almost-daily picture of gun violence! How do we empower our most vulnerable citizens to defy and modify this struggle when gun lobbyists have thoroughly corrupted politicians who in turn promote a mass ventriloquism amongst the unconsciously privileged (that’s YOU, White America!) who scramble to their default lament about lack of care for the mentally ill? Mental illness is not the main/major cause of gun violence! The availability of guns and the lack of accountability for acquiring them is!
